Can anyone help? My Navi failed to start three differnt times after gasing up. 5.4L16v This last time I replaced the fuel fillter hoping.then I replaced the relays in main fuse panel under the hood...Then replaced the two smaller relays at the drivers inside fuse box. Started afew times then next day back to not starting... Ran dash cluster test and the findings are ...

What can be the cause and what do the dts codes mean?..also did find my door code under drivers side dash GOSH nice to be able to open door now to get something with out going back to the house for my keys after over 5 years of having this suv. I had removed the radio to look for code when I first got it then gave up on code til last week when looking for loose anything to help fix the no-start.

reading a ton of old post and came on one that talked about the key quiting or taping quarters to boost keey to pats. Well I've tried my key the wifes key and then incase I got out a spare key we had ford make whenn we first picked up the navi. We tested it and then put it in the safe.Well still no change.

If it happened only after gassing up I'd say you possibly have a fuel pump on it's way out. When it doesn't start, have you done a fuel pressure test?

ok lateest update..cleaned batt cables as I needed to clear codes. checked shrader valve after turning key one.. only got a small burp of gas. did that afew times ( I never heard fuel pump kick on) I have turn'd air ride off so I can hear. Got it to start. it seems to run alittle rough at first.. not runing the best but running. check'd dash codes and saw that code 9318 had cleard but code 9202 is still showing. other reading basicly the same as posted above but for oil .. on post oil read 255 now that its started oil reads 000... so I'm thinking that as code 9202 is open circut for the fuel pump module and the lack of any real pressure at the shrader that I have to get the pump replaced. ..and if after it fixes it then I'll need to check cops for the rough runing lack of dead stop pulling power..Does that sound right to everyone?????

Well now i.m totaly lost. I've let it sit for the last week or so due to funds. It is now starting every time I try it. Have not gone on a long test drive but have done a few short ones and has restarted each time. I do remember now that it did have a musty ouder acould of time this wnter. Has me thinking of other post I read about the GOUST water leak due to cracks in the firewell and the computer getting moist. What would be the best way to go at this point??? Note I Have rechecked for dtc's after disconnecting the battery and driving. It now shows no codes in the cluster test.I did clean the throdle body and then got a cleaner to clean map sencor. Should have guest now have check engine light on full time .but no codes show on cluster test.

Use a pressure gage and find out what the fuel pressure is with the engine off, there will be some pressure, then check the pressure while running. If it's low you should first change the fuel filter, if it's still low when running the pump may be bad.
