42-47 Running Board Cover
Looking for an appropriate mat/cover for a 42-47 1/2 full running board. Would rather paint them "pretty" and cover them than Paint them and scuff/scratch the h*ll out of 'em.

Running board
I am planning to have my running boards sprayed with a black rubberized coating, very tough, smooth finish, you won't slip on it. Saw it a few years ago at a park on kids play equipment floor. I asked a local hot rod shop if they knew of this coating, they do and there is a mob not too far from here that does it.

If you aren't so worried about them being slippery, you can always look into powder coating since it makes for a harder, more durable surface than paint. Plus they can be powder coater to a wide variety of colors to match or contrast to your paint.
