1/2 ton 5 bolt to 8 bolt Rearend and Frontend

1/2 ton 5 bolt to 8 bolt Rearend and Frontend
I have a dana 60 full floater and want to put
it under my 1/2 ton 76 ford 4x4. but the only
problem is an 8 bolt rearend and a 5 bolt front
end. Does anyone know if there are any aftermarket
conversions for the front dana 44 axle to switch
it to 8 bolt front hubs. Or being the f250 has
a 8 bolt dana 44 if I can order the 8 bolt hubs
and fit them to my dana 44 5 bolt spindle???

I believe the upgrade is possible, but it might be much cheaper trying to find a whole 3/4 ton Dana 44 axle than trying to find spindles and hubs. Parted out, these things tend to get pricey.
