89' f 250 Custom need help
I need help with my truck. I just bought it about a month ago and due to some titles issues i havent gotten it tagged. i bought the truck for 1100 and it had a burn dash. it was burt from thr passangers seat over to the door. the only thing there thast could of shorted out was the glove bow light. so i went throught and ereplaced the whole dash and heating bow behind it. when i put the new dash in everything worked fine except the heater and the radio. i chased down the heater issue, the heater blower motor waas unplugged because the ppevious owner thought that caused the fire. now my problems.
1.How can i check to see if the heater blower motor is good or bad
2. How can i get the radio to start working.(i had to splice all the wires for the radio but my electric meter said all the connections were good)
please help
