memory seat bypass
anybody know what wire I can snip in the seat harness to keep it from responding to the keyfob. I have already tried just the override (progarm around the keyfob) but it is possessed. I will be taking to the dealer again - after our trip, but will probably look at just bypassing (cutting). I was happy to have the memory seats but I can not have it moving around all of the time. Every time I find my magic zone the truck moves it on me. any help appreciated. i do not want to unplug it because my wife has to move the seat forward when she drives. Thanks, Mike. Deactivating the memory seat feature
To deactivate this feature:
1. Press the SET control on the driver’s door panel.
2. Within 5 five seconds, press any control on the remote transmitter
which you would like to deactivate and then press the SET control on
the driver’s door panel.
3. Repeat this procedure for another remote transmitter if desired.

MadsonP - I swear I read that page in my manual multiple times but I guess never read it correctly. It appears to have worked - much appreciated. Still can't believe I did not pay more attention as irritating as it has been. Hopefully it is cured - stupid memory seat. Thanks, Mike
