1998 FRONT EXPY BUMPER - NEED ANSWER QUICK
I am interested in a 98 Eddie Bauer - fully optioned but the front bumper is painter the match the car - I have never seen this before - do you know if this was an option - expy does have a sunroof.

I don't ever recall seeing an EB with a fully painted bumper, so I'd say you're looking at one of 2 things:
1) The owner decided he liked the look of a painted bumper, bought one for a F150 and had it put on, or
2) The vehicle was in an accident and they were unable to obtain the correct bumper in time to finish the job, so they grabbed the nearest one that seemed to fit.
Time to start checking this vehicle for signs of collision repair.
