Need a favor before you let it go, could you snap some close-up's of the windlace. Mainly where it runs down the windshield and dash. Both with door open & door closed. I'm still trying to figure out how to attach mine in that area and not many people still use it so I haven't been able to look at how its done at any of the car shows.
carlene, windlace is installed with twist tacks. there is a stamped piece that goes over the door, the rest just sits against door. not exact science! will try to get some photo's this weekend, time and weather permitting. if you go to my gallery and click on interior shot-- you can zoom in on part over door, (in case your not familiar with this piece). the screws you see are stainless and hold interior panels in place. by the way, zoom is located above toolbar and listed in percentages. 100%--125%--etc. you can go as high as 400% but lose clarity as you go higher.------------ as far as not letting it go? your right!! but i've owned this unit for 20 years, had fun bringing her back from the dead, and used it enough to go through a couple engines. and it's still in very tight shape. have had 4 of these through time, now someone else can take her to the next level. (i hope they live in the snow belt, cause that's where this truck excels!)
