I know you guys here are some 70's freaks. Theres one down the street from me for sale that looks pretty clean with good paint, 4inch lift and 35s. If its solid and a good driver, whats it worth ?
Hard to tell without seeing and hearing it firsthand. Mine was kinda rough when i bought it for $500. But when i got it donw to the frame it wasnt worth that much. Check the frame around all 4 spring hangers for rust and check around the steering box for cracks. They were bad about that. If there is a plate betweent he box and frame then its cracked. Not hard to fix but pulling everything off the frame to fix it is a pain. Also get under there and check the crossmember at the front spring hangers. They are prone to rusting and making the top and bottom of the frame rails thin.
My bad, it is a 77. I stopped to look under truck. The body is very nice and frame looked good too. Did not drive or here it run and probably will not for $5300. I guess thats why its still there.
