oh, you lived down by the Stock Yards?!?! how cool is that? that entire area is a historic something or another now, and the cattle pen area is now a Metro Community College. The old 6 (?) story main building has been renovated and turned into apartments... its gorgeous, but in order to get approved to live in a $100K apartment is to have an annual income of <$19K. They want the garunteed govt money

That story confirmed my suspicion that I am indeed living in one of the most unhappy States. I have been to Nebraska many times and have a niece living in Omaha, I can confirm that the people there are happy and friendly. I hope that it stays that way, and hope that FL will be happier soon.
