Good Memories.......

About Shirley - Back about 1982ish, I was up early one Saturday to get some parts for my 67 Chevelle. I went to PAW and saw that Shirley's Digger was set up outside as a display. I walked in and there was nobody there except the Manager and Shirley who was ready to sign autographs. She invited me to have a seat and we talked racing for about 30 minutes before anyone else came in.

It was a neat moment and I have a nice pic of us.

I liked his comment about most having less than $1000 invested. It was definitely within reach of the average wannabe.
