Yep you heard it. I'm new here. Can't believe I have never ran across this forum before now. What I'm looking for are rust repair and complete body panels for My 96 F-250HD. Been lookin for about a month now and can't seem to find much here in the Michigan area. This year my truck caught the cancer bug REAL bad plus this winter I have caused some major bumps and dents to her.
LMC perhaps, I know that JeffsBroncoGraveyard has some also. I need to check what years they cover though. Welcome to FTE its a great place with lots of good folks.
Third for LMC, I have never bought body panels from LMC so I dont know the quality, I do know that some times paying extra money for an OE quality panel is worth it..... if you want the body lines to match up. If you dont care.... then you dont care.
Mill Supply also carries body panels, can't vouch for the quality, just know they have them on their website Mill Supply Index Mill Supply is out of Cleveland.
Later on in the spring I plan to purchase some panels for over the wheel wells on my 95 F150, I was going to order them from LMC. Anyone know how they line up and what kind of quality they are? I'm not looking for perfection, but close would be nice
since you live in michigan id say go to NPD they have a depot in Canton Michigan
NPD?? Whats that and do they have a site or a phone number? I have been looking at LMC thats about the only one that I know of though. Was hoping there would be more options than just that one place.

NPD=National Parts Depot. Do an internet search, it looks like you can search for their parts on their site or order a catalog from them for 1980-1996 Ford trucks on their site. Just for your information they have parts for many other makes and models of vehicles as well.
for the panels that you dont replace, that still have some cancer, i would advise some rustolium. it is designed to stop rust, and although it may look kinda bad with spots of odd color paint on your truck, if you want to keep your panels, i would advise it.

I know theres way better stuff than rustoleum. I have a friend painting it and doin the work. I'm going through all of the panels and fixing them right. No dings no dents no scratches. Then save money for the trans and motor rebuilds. 180K miles and no major issues is lucky as hell out of a 5.8 if you ask me. So I'm pretty much pushing my luck with them at this point.
I can cut about any panel you could need and it would be Ford parts Or you could buy a whole cab or whatever you need from me. You do the driving and I will hook you up with a killer price too.
