OK...i have a 99 F-250 crew cab short bed. I ran the truck's passenger front wheele in a ditch on accident. Ever since then my steering wheele has not been straight, the truck shakes when i apply the brakes, also drifts left when applying the brakes and the weirdest one yet is when i am stopped completely with my foot on the brakes, my steering wheele wont turn either way but as soon as i let off it is fine. I do know that i need an outer right tie rod end but it is not that bad. One other thing. To replace the tie rod ends, do i need to buy the whole bar or can the be pressed out like ball joints? Please, any advice will help. Thanks

Post whether or not you have a 4x4 or 4x2...I have a 4x4 and Yes, balljoints are pressed out/in. Unfortunately it sounds like you bent some stuff up pretty good (tie rod ends will change your steering wheel alignment...if bent) . If you are unsure, I would advise at least having a good alignment shop peek and tell you what is bad under there...don't want to mess w/ a tie-rod coming off and loosing all steering and a ball joint breaking all together well, no more tire . Just saying for your safety is all..good luck.
OOps, u meant tie rod ends, not ball joints being pressed...never heard of that, always replaced whole bar.
