05 f250 passenger side dash rattle...help

hey yall ive got a annoying rattle coming from the passenger side lower dash area i have looked high and low for the cause with no luck, it is most noticeable at 55 60mph on a smooth road.has anyone else had this problem?

Have you tried emptying your glove box?

Yeah ive cleaned out the glove box the center console and door pockets but still no luck

My passenger headrest rattles if no one is sitting in the seat?? Just a thought.

Is your motor a 6.0l?Does it have a stock exhaust?

Yeah I have a rattle on my passenger side to mines a 2006. Its in the dash or my door panel. Had door panel off and back but still there. I know it doesnt rattle when I have a passenger. It is irratating

I had the same rattle. Mine was the piece of plastic that is under the glove box. Empty your glove box, pull each side in where the box will pivot out of the dash. just under where the glove box sits there are 2 plastic fasteners that will loosen off. Push these up from underneath and that will tighten them for a little while. I finally had to put a piece of foam in between the plastic and dash frame to quieten mine. Hope this makes sense.
