Imagine that. I live in southeast Texas, am 31 years old and finally own my first truck.
Bought a 95 Ford f150 (v6) today for 3k. I wanted something pretty simple and fairly easy to work on. Also, needed something to tote my two motorcycles around when I need it.
She's a 5 manual, and I'm really happy with her as of now.
Sure I'll see yall around the forum. First thing I need to look into is a tachometer and possibly a small toolbox for the bed. Oh yea, some decent speakers also. Maybe a small 8" sub and couple speakers to replace the doors. Can't hardly even hear the factory ones.
sure its the the 4.9 inline six
i dont think there was a v6 in these?
if the 300 keep the oil changed and it will last forever...you cant beat them they are very tough
nice truck though
Nice truck...and if this is an inline 6 like I think it is...those bad boys are tough and my personal experience is that they will outpull some of the smaller V8s. Or at least they have always FELT stronger.
You guys are right. Not sure what I was thinking when I posted v6. It's an inline 6.
I had no idea, however, how big of an inline it is though. 4.9? Wow! No wonder I was revving out so quick compared to other 6 cylinders I've driven. lol
