1/2 ton 1 ton cab?

1/2 ton 1 ton cab?
Hey all I just started my 1946 Mercury project again. But a cab I have off of a 1947 Ford 1 ton is in slightly better condition. I know they are close but is there any diffences between the cabs them selves. I would still be using the 1/2 ton fenders and grille though.

Exactly the same cabs between the 1/2 and the 1 ton. I've owned both 1/2 and 1 ton trucks and have never seen anything different between them. Good luck, those Mercs are beautiful trucks.
