carb tuning
i drove my truck today cuz i got plates and insurance (finally!) and put a air/fuel gauge in the cab and it always reads richer than stoich. what am i missing on tuning the carb? idle is supposed to run richer, i got that down. mid-range is the floats right? under any type of acceleration i get the same reading. well WOT is off the scale lean because i havent tuned the secondaries. but when i'm cruising down the road, light acceleration or on the verge of opening the secondaries, its always slightly rich.

*PS* i did get these reading from unplugging the AIR pump from the vacuum line.

Holley says to adjust idle mix for max manifold vacuum. Check their site out for rest of adjustments. Lots of good info. Tech staff is courteous and helpful, even speak English as their primary language.
