Fogs installation?

I have an 05 SCrew XLT w/o fogs. Besides the actual lights themselves and the bumper with the openings for them, what would I need to install them? Is the wiring harness already in place? I'll need a new pull-type switch, of course. Will installing them affect my auto-on light feature?

Thanks!

Installing them shouldn't affect your auto-on feature. My 04 has fog lights and the sentinel works fine. If the fog lamp switch is pulled out, they all come on, if it's pushed in, only the headlights will turn on. As to the wiring, not sure. Look around above the openings and see if you have a free pigtail. The only thing I don't know is if the lighting control module is the same or unique for trucks with fog lamps, but I don't think it would take much to wire in if it's not.

On my 2004 Heritage XL (old style) the wiring was in place. Alot of time Ford leaves wiring for trailer harness, lights and stuff like on the super duty cab lights alread in place.

I needed the valence panel, switch and the light to install myself.
