shocks and lift suggestions
Ok planninig to do a small lift 3-4 in. (01 diesel 4x4 X ) been shopping and can't find what I want. doen't seem to be a shock made for the X with that small of a lift front and rear. want to go with mono-tube and have little clearance near right rear shock because of 4" exhaust/ fuel tank issues. just put on Hellwig swaybar and discovered shock was bad ss exhaust had worn a hole through the shock tube, exhaust is damn hard no wear whats so ever.I'm trying not to go too high keep tires @ 285 75 16 no need for a bigger lift , cause if I did that I'd need bigger tires and new wheels and and better shocks and steps and lower gears and a new drop hitch and and aaaaaa!! PMS!! got to have an intervention call my sponser Help!!
