need help removing my 76 exhaust manifolds

need help removing my 76 exhaust manifolds

i just bout headers for my 1976 f100 truck so my dad and i are trying to get the old manifolds off but most of the bolts are rounded out and we cant get em loose.any hints will help

You could heat the nuts with torch and use vice grips. You can also let them soak overnight in PB blaster and use vice grips. I beleive sears also sells some kind of socket set for rounded off nuts.
