sudden appearance of blue smoke have to do with truck angle?

this is the story from the start, i took my 86 f150 on some muddy farmland today, the path was slick, i did some donuts in the field and gunned the throttle throwing the truck back on the path, on the other side of the path is about a 10' wide ditch that is about 9' deep , the front of the truck went over the edge , and was balancing on the bank of the ditch, i almost got it out, until i made an error in steering, letting the front end of the truck slide further in, ( it never fell completly in). at that point the frame was well flexed, the left side rear wheel was about 1 foot in the air( the truck could have easily been pushed the rest of the way in by hand), i put the truck in reverse , while my buddy sat in the back putting enough weight to keep the wheel on the ground (all unsucessful) i floored it, it got nowhere, the 300 six puffed thick clouds of blue smoke out the pipe, it has never smoked before. well the truck was pulled out thanks to an f350 6.8 v10.
fortunately my truck was free of any structural damage
the blue smoke is what gets me, it has never smoked before, the motor had to have been sitting at a good 60-70 degree angle, im thinking maybe the oil had flooded right under the pistons, allowing it to push past the rings.

the question is: would any engine do this under these conditons, or is this a sign of worn out rings.
it stopped this after it was pulled out.

- having fun can prove to be very stupid.

Well the fact that the engine was also at a 60 to 70 degree angle means the oil pump was starving for oil. At this point the engine isn't getting any oil and oil pressure drops. This in turn causes large amounts of engine wear. I don't mean to berrate you about what you did, but it wasn't a good thing trying to rev the engine at such an angle, when the oil pump is struggling to get oil to the engine. I do believe however the blue smoke that was coming from the truck while you were trying to get it out, is a sign of worn rings and oil entering the combustion chamber.
