Fog light switch wiring

Ive got a 96 sport and just added a 2000 bumper with the fog light holes. Also added the factory fog light switch from the 2000. I need to know how to wire this switch so I can use it for my fogs. I also need the plug for the back of it if anyone has it. Thanks.
