Post Hydrolic Clutch line

Can the clutch line on my '92 F-250 351 4x4 5 speed be changed with out changing the master cylinder? If so how, do i need a special tool to get it off the master, there is no fitting like on a brake line or anything. It appear to be one piece, but i had hoped there was some kind of tool that maybe came with a new line.

Don't know what trans. you have but on a Mazda 5 speed, on the Clutch Master Cylinder end there is a roll pin holding the line in place.
You can use channel lock pliers, a small socket and a small nail or something a little smaller in diameter than the roll pin to press the roll pin out.

Takes four hands but you press the roll pin into the socket. Watch for a rubber seal at the end of the tube.

You can also try tapping the roll pin out using a small hammer and pin punch. Helps if you can get someone to hold the Clutch Master Cylinder steady while you tap the pin out.
