Getting fired up on the '36 again:)
So, once I had room made, I decided to pull the '36 out and yank the cab and bed and put them in the garage. My 5YO (girl) talked me into pull the frontend off the '36 too, and today I got the crossmember out and starting fitting the Heidts crossmember in...sooo, looks like I reached point of no return here and will have to get the IFS in this week and make the chassis a roller again.
Gonna snap some pics tonight and update my gallery...so don't go "clicking" on it just yet

That Dodge is just gonna have to wait!
A friend of mine had a 1929 Dodge, and of course they have the hydraulic brake system. Anyway he went to Napa and got new wheel cylinders for it. Turns out they are the same as the ones that are used on Yale Fork lift trucks, for what its worth to you.
Don't know if you are restoring your 31 but anyway thought I would let you know.
re: the 31, I pulled the 360/727 out just this weekend (after spending 3 days making engine and tranny mounts) and decided to put it back as it was. I did put '31 Plymouth front and rear axles under it so I could use steel wheels (5 on 5.5), but still have the other axles with the woodspoked wheels as well...just need tires/tube and liners (clean up too)...the wood is still in great shape.
Thanks for the heads up on the w/c's!
