multifunction switch
Hoping someone can help me figure out the correct part number for my multifunction switch. I took the steering column apart and got the part number from the switch(F75B13K359BA). Motorcrafts website gives two options for my truck, sw5579 and sw5580. On the 5579 switch, the OEM part number has the same format, different format on the 5580 switch. However, the part number from my switch does not match anything in their database. Local parts store is unsure which switch is correct. My truck is a 1998 flairside with the 4.6 v8, standard cab.

There shouldn't be more than 1 switch, there may be superseded numbers but I can't think of anything that changed in them. I'd go to NAPA and just ask for an MFS switch for a '98 F150, they are the cheapest I found while looking and shouldn't have any problem getting it. I think the Ford number is just giving unjust confusion.
