2004 F150 SuperCrew Running Boards

Can some tell me,

Will the Stock Running boards off a 2004 Excursion fit my 2004 F150 Screw.
If so are they easy to install.

They are the black plastic step.

Look at and measure the mounting locations, they might just fit. IF not I've got a set of black steps that I just took off of my truck. Excellent condition, no fade or scratches due to truck is always garaged and has less than 8k on it, probably ask less than $100 plus shipping.
