Not enough Volts to charge battier

I just put a new alterator in my 1983 F150 I-6, and a new battery. Also a new voltage regulator. the alternator is fine, but when reading it at the battery. Its reading low(11volts). Does anyone have any ideals?

Question

Why did you change everything? Was it not starting? Will it jump start? Is there a difference in voltage with it running and not? Check your ground connection and look at the heavy cables for damage etc.

i changed everything because alternator was bad then the battery. Then I got all the new stuff in then the alternator was not pushing enough volts out thought it was the voltage regulator. Also chaged the termanials.

At 11 volts, you are not charging. What I would do is get a voltmeter or testlight, and with the truck off, see if you have any voltage on the back of the alternator at the large output bat terminal. If you don't, then there is a fusible link along this wire as it makes it's way to the starter relay that is probably burnt out.
