Passenger side interior storage thingie?

I was wondering the same thing!!! I'm gonna watch this post!! I just got an Eddie Gasser 4X4 and when I was giving it the "once, twice, and three times over", I almost ripped that cover off... the Burbs & Yuks have the garbage pail on both sides... I thought the same about the X.
Explainations please?
