I am a Ford guy from way back. Got an 87 bronco full size and a 97 f-250 diesel power stroke . I can change parts but i'm no mechanic. I took the bronco to the ford dealer last august for the air conditioning. 1400.00 dollars .They replaced the compressor and converted it to r-134 (I think thats what they call it.) Worked fine last august. Well, today was a little warm so I turned the ac on. Guess what? 6 mos later no cool air . So thats why Im on this forum, Im going to try to learn to fix it myself. How hard could it be? ha ha.
Sorry to hear about the problem. You will need to post your question in the tech forums. Click on the Forums tab at the upper left and browse over the choices. I suggest this one: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/forum61/ It's a favorite of mine. Post your question there and lets see if we can't get you fixed up. $1400 and it not working is well not pleasant.
