Get everything fixed that you can. Check the recalls and TSBs youself, don't rely on the dealer (he may miss one, or not be interested in finding more work).
If you intend to keep it for a long time, it might be worth looking into an extended warranty, unless you intend to do a lot of the work yourself going forward.

now that the warranty is expiring, things will really start breaking.
check the recalls and tsb, as mentioned already, but go over your whole truck and look for anything that is wrong.
like when you buy a used vehicle you should pay a mechanic $50 or so to go over it and put it on a lift for you.
