Yes, but not easily. You'll be changing a whole lot more than just those parts, the grille, front bumper, headlights, front filler panel, all these things are different as well. I'm quite sure you can do it, but if you really plan to, take every bolt-on piece from the doors forward!

ahhh cool thanks. a guy on a mustang site had a set of fenders and hood for 100 but nothing else. i guess i'll just buy fenders. thanks, i was hoping it would be a straight swap, i have a whack of other things to do to the truck so i'm trying to keep it simple lol.

You can basically trade body parts as you see fit...for example, you could run a new generation front end with a cab from the late 90s and bed from the 80s.
The truck is three sections...front end (fenders foward), cab, and bed.
