AOD stays in 2nd too long, was in tranny conference, no response

I had this topic in the tranny conference for a month with no reply, other than me bumping it to the top. My Bronco shift pretty good for an AOD, but when it warms up sometimes during normal acceleration, first to 2nd is good but 2nd winds out to about 3000 RPM before going into 3rd. Then 3rd quickly upshifts to OD. I have adjusted the TV cable correctly and all else works good. I will be putting in a shift kit for towing soon but I wanted to fix this first.

According to my trusty service manual, a harsh/delayed 2-3 upshift in the AOD tranny can be caused by:

1. Incorrect engine performance.
2. 2-3 accumulator piston apply passage plugged/omitted.
3. 2-3 accumulator piston seals cut/worn.
4. Damaged 2-3 accumulator.
5. Valve body bolts too loose or tight.
6. Valve body dirty/sticking valves. In particular, the 2-3 capacity modulator valve.
7. Vacuum diaphragm or TV control rod bent, sticking, leaks.

I've left out the C6 causes.
