Yes, the grills have the same bolt pattern. However, the recessed lights in the 56 grill require dimples in the air dams behind them. You will either need 56 air dams or to modify yours by adding cutouts where the 56 dimples are to clear the headlight buckets and wire harness. The parking lights and valance recesses are slightly different also.

The air dams (the panel behind the grill on each side of the radiator) have depressions to accept the deeper headlight location on the 56 grill. You will either need to replace the air dams with the 56 style or cut relief holes or add a relief area to your exisiting panels. I can't remember if the mounting holes are the same but it would not be a big deal to drill new ones if required.
