By luck I won this eBay auction:

I was expecting a lot more bids and for the price to go up to $80+ which is what I have depressingly watched over the last two years. But hey, I will take it now while I don't need it yet instead of paying $100+ later when I get to that stage. Really I just put in a bid at the last moment for only a few dollars more that what it went for. I just didn't want to watch someone else walk away with it for $20 uncontested.
Of course, shipping is going to hurt at ~$45.
