cab simularities between 37-42?

cab simularities between 37-42?
I'm working on a 1938 1/2 ton, I can't tell but is seems that the cabs were if not identical but simular to the 40-42s. Does anyone know is that is the case?

This is just my 2 cents worth, but in general terms, the following models were alike based on (cab only) exterior detailing and lines: 35 - 37; then 38-39; then 40 - 47. 37's had one primary line across the door while the 38-9 had 3 and the 40 to 47's had two. I don't have a clue how the interiors compare.
I hope someone jumps in here who knows more than I do. Have a good time with your truck. - tim
