I'm going to assume that this question is about the 4 door COE you're building. I had to check your gallery to figure out the question.

I don't get the point of shaving only one set of handles. Either shave them all or keep them all. Think of the utility. There is no aesthetic improvement by removing one set of handles. I do see getting tired of opening the front door in order to open the rear.

Maybe I'm just too practical.

I'd keep them. This is going to be one cool 4 door.

I agree all or none. You could always install a couple of those neat latches like Randy Jake made in the rear doors. I've always been more of an F1 fan but that green COE is enough to convert a man. Nice Truck

My 03 Superduty is a Super Cab. The handles for the rear doors are hidden such that the front doors have to be open to expose the rear door handles and I don't think it looks the least bit goofy. That said, the Crew Cab Superduties do have all four door handles exposed. Your truck, your call, but I wanted to give you a real life example of something with the arrangement you proposed. I thin it would look any of the three ways it could be done.

I like shaved door handles myself. I think a variation of what texan2004 said. All four shaved, with fronts having remote controlled electric latches and mechanical handles concealed in the front of rear doors.

Why not add electric lock solenoids to the rear door so you can lock em from the driver's seat? I have the outside handles with electric locks on my panel
