How long till I get my truck if I order new?

Influence that depends on a lot of variables I ordered mine Oct 10 of this year and the vehicle was shipped from the manufacturer on Dec 7 and did not arrive to the dealer until Dec 29. So who knows.. The risk you take with the order is the incentives they are assesed at time of delivery and the rebates could change for better or worse while you are waiting on delivery. I got lucky and they were bumped up while I waited. Good luck on your purchase this is the best truck I ever owned period!!

I was lucky, We could not find an xlt long bed Supercab that had the features that I wanted. So we ordered new. I must of hit the build time just right, our truck was delivered in 2 weeks 6 days.
Must have Options
Power sliding rear window
reverse back up sensors (The tailgate is tall, and the rear window is small)
Power windows if you get the Scab. the rear windows roll full down. Xl are fixed.
Because we got the Scab long bed I was forced to get the Heavy Duty package, this is a $1200 (2005) that I did not want at the time.
Now I am a Heavy Duty believer. It will carry an extra 1100 lbs. and with its 4.10 rearend, it pulls my 6000 lb travel trailer with no problem.

Yeah, It was no fun waiting cause I sold my previous vehicle outright and had no wheels for a while. But it made it eventually from what I see some guys get them really quick like 3 to 4 weeks thats nothing really. It also enables you to shop for good financing a bit longer and research warranties and whatnot. It worked out fine .. Here is a cool site where you can go and they offer a service to track your vehicle its pretty cool. Using it I was able to tell the dealer hey it shipped Dec 7 where is it. At the time Jan 2 was creeping up and I did not want to lose the rebates offered at that time. Here is the site just register and when you get a vin number they will look it up for you.
