Using Oxi-Solv on engine covers
If I use Oxi-Solv on rusty oil pan covers and valve covers, can I paint over it with high-temp engine paint without priming first? The Oxi-Solv label says prime first when used on body panels but I don't have any high temp primer for engines and don't know where to get any(in rattle cans. Thanks
