Just Wanted to Say "Hello"
AS a new member I greet you all on this fat Friday following Thanksgiving.
Among other trucks we own is a 1964 F-500 flatbed that is reasonably clean for a daily working truck- mostly it hauls 880 gallons of water for liverstock. I put a rebuilt 352 2bbl, a rebuilt tranny, brand spanking new rear leaf srpings rated at 15,000 lbs, repainted it original Ford white. It has a single speed Rockwell 5.20 diff and goes purty dang well for an old truck, espcially since we operate between 7,800 and 9,500 feet above sea level.
Rest of the arsenal includes:
1999 F-250 Powerstroke, 4X4
1998 Expedition
2006 Freestlye,
2005 Focus (soon to go to my son)
Others:
1987 Toyota Land Cruiser
1942 Chevrolet 1 1/2 ton 4X4
1979 GMC 1 ton with a new 383 CI V-8 with a 750 CFM Edlebrock 4bbl.
Looking forward to chatting with you all.
