01 Limited Passenger Comfort Control Removal

I have a new Monitor, DVD, etc... I'm going to install in my 01 Limited X. I'm going to custom fabricate a fibreglass shroud around the monitor. But to get to that point, I need to remove (planning to relocate) the cieling mounted heat/ac controls for the rear seating. I then plan to use some foam for a mold for my shroud for the monitor. Kind of assuming there will be some sort of mount point under those controls to mount the monitor too?

Anyone know how that cieling mounted heat/ac controls for the rear compartment comes off. I thought I would ask prior to breaking parts....

Thx for any assistance!

I don't how it comes apart, but I stumbled across this and that it looked good - maybe it'll give you some ideas...

Just as an fyi follow up as I've completed my project, the headliner, rear passenger comfort control is held in place by two clips on front (toward the front of the vehicle) that just pull down, and two tabs toward the back of the vehicle that slide in. So to remove, pull down on the front of the comfort control housing, and then slide the control housing forward to release tabs from slots. I hope that helps in case anyone else does this. As a side note, i was planning to form a fibreglass shroud but once I held the tv up to the headliner, i discovered that there wasn't a gap between the headliner and tv shroud so i skipped that part and installed, turned out great and works great also....
