Fan Clutch

Does anyone out there know what consists of swapping out a fan clutch? I have concluded from process of elimination that this is the problem I am having with my truck.

Unbolt the old one.

Bolt in the new one.

Unbolt the fan assembly from the water pump shaft / pulley (4 nuts) and remove as a unit. Then unbolt the fan from the clutch assembly (4 more nuts). Reverse for re-install.
