Anyone had experience closing the gap btwn the crank out wdshld and the frame? The rubber gasket ard the wdshld is cracked but all there. When it's closed as much as possible, there's still at least a 1/2" gap on the right inside bottom. Even when sitting, rain leaks down onto the floor pad and leaves a good sized puddle! Are those drain holes in the frame that need some kind if hose to miss the dash rear? Later~JH
Sounds like you either have a bent windshield frame, as indicated by cracked glass.
If not check your crank out winder, there are 2 bolts under the dash top, and another under the dash itself. Back off on these just a little, so the crank will slide.
Then try to close the windshield to see if it will close tighter, then tighten the bolts and see if that makes a difference.
