Canadian 47 Mercury truck grille
Hi, I'm looking for a grille set for my 47 Merc truck. These were Canadian made based on the Ford.
But the grille is totally different from the Ford.

The grilles for them are very hard to find, and when they do come up, expect to pay about 4 times as much as a Ford grille. I bought one about a year ago, spend nearly $600 to get the grille panel and the bars. So far none are being reproduced, although I have heard talk of somebody that was trying to find out if he could find somebody to make a small run of them. Check eBay, they come up now and then. To broaden your search, the grille is the same for all ton ratings of the trucks. Good luck.

I have a few extra pieces,let me know what you can't find and I'll try and help. I had to buy most of the parts over after a deer challenged for space on a road, still looking for the 1/2ton side hood emblems, mine grew legs at the body shop.
