I'd like to install an aftermarket front receiver on my '97 4x4 Ranger. Hidden Hitch, Reese, and Draw Tite make them; however, personal experiences and photos seem hard to come by.
Does anyone have any personal experience installing front receivers on '97 Rangers? How about pictures?
I sent some pictures to Curt Manufacturing to see if their front receiver would work with my truck. No go. The "front crossmember" they contraindicate is indeed that big front cross member that that sits below the radiator.
