Whistling under hood?
I have a 2004 psd w/ 42,000 miles and just recently I started hearing a whistling noise under the hood. It sounds like it is coming from around the turbo but i can't tell for sure cause it only does it when I am cruising and the rpms are around 1,800 and 2,200. I just had ford replace an intercooler hose that blew off and I thought that was the problem. But it still does it. Any advice you have would be greatly apprectiated.
