if it is a full floating rearend you have to remove the bolts that hold the axle in about about 8 bolts in the very center of the rim area pull out the axle the front bearings will come out at this point if the brakes are not seized to the drum it should pull off

There may be nuts holding the axel in place rather than bolts. If so, there should be a lock under each nut. Just loosen all of the nuts up but dont completly remove them. With all of the nust loose, hit the center of the axel with a heavy hammer. You have to hit it quite hard. The jar should loosen up the locks and the nuts hold the locks from flying to parts unknown. Remove the locks and the nuts and the axel should pull right out.
