Is anyone using an Aluminum mastercylinder, under the floor mount? If so I would appreciate some of the particulars, like piston size, discs front only or four corners, adaptor, pushrod, etc.
In my '45 Ford with Mustang II front suspension (Chassis Engineering brake kit for Mustang/Tbird calipers) & a 9-inch rearend, I'm using a Mustang II non-power master cylinder (Chassis Engineering adapter for '39-40 Fords, part #AS-2021) and a combination valve for a non-power brake Mustang II.
35-40,000 miles of trouble-free, solid-feeling, 100% Ford brakes.

I will look up what Chasis Engineering has to offer. I currently have a Mustang dual chamber with 1 inch bore, no booster, with front discs by Wilwood (4 piston), and rear drums for 8 inch rear. It works well, but is very heavy. If the Chasis Eng. unit is 1 inch bore, or maybe not less than 15/16, it ought to work.
