Building and selling trucks through a business.

I was wanting to start a corporation(business) where I would build(not restore), but upgrade most of the stock components on 73-79 F-series, 66-77 Ford Broncos, and 78 79 Broncos and lift most of them about 4" or just enough to clear about 35" tires, rebuild the engine(of power), put gears and lockers, rims and tires, and some paint.
I figure I could do most of this work(set up trucks for mudding) for around $5-6,000 w/truck cost and sell for around$??????(how much you'll think).

Main thing I was asking was, has anyone else tryed to do something similar, and if so, was it on personal funds or did you get loans, or how was it done(business wise)?
Thanks for any imput( I was planning on making each truck to come out somthing like this. https://www.ford-trucks.com/user_gal...&albumid=15654

I think I'd build them to order, customize them as the customer wants

I've thought about that, but wanted to sell a truck or 2 before to get my name up, and get some money. That would of been the next step I would of wanted to take though.
