We had got my wife a 2002 Escape. It was really nice leather interior, 6 disc in dash changer, power moon roof, and of course power windows etc... But the dang seats were hard as a rock. Running around town your tail bone would start hurting not to mention the 10 hour trip to my son's.
So we found this Sporttrac, it's a lot more comfortable than the escape and it has more room. So far we really like it and it's getting as good of mileage in town as the escape did which was a pleasant surprise.
I would like to eventually find some nicer rims for it. I hate painted rims.
