So I got some steering problems. She pulls hard to the right, I have a lot of play in my steering, the right coil spring is lower than the left by a few inches, and I can't grease the zirks on the right side wheel/tie rod. How much of this problem is going to be 1. the coil spring needing replacement 2. the tie rod ends loose (They don't seem loose) 3. the lack of greeze. 4. shot steering box?
I'm guessing replace the coil spring, get the right side to grease, then align. Am I on the right track? Is the steering problem independent of the coil/pull/greeeze portion?
Deal with the spring first. That it is several inches different than the other side tells me it's either the wrong spring, the spring is broken, or the upper perch is damaged. This can throw the geometry off and may be why you are having steering issues.
