Question Auto Rx/blowby?

I have a 1983 F150 (300, I6). It has 84000 original miles. I put a new clutch in about four months back. The vehicle has been jerking a lot. I thought the clutch was slipping. Apparently, the vehicle was trying to die out because of a lack of air. I have only put about 2000 miles on this vehicle. I put a new air filter in it when I purchased it. After 2000 miles, the air filter was very oily as was the breather element filter. There also seems to be a lot of moisture in the breather element filter. I do not drive this vehicle a lot, and when I do, it is short distances. I did not notice a lot of blowby when I purchased the vehicle. I am about 600 miles into the first cycle of an Auto Rx treatment. Would this have anything to do with the blowby?
What can I do to cure this excessive blowby? The PCV valve appears to be working. Any suggestions?

What is the overall appearance and performance of this engine. Do you think it's original? Any knocking noises on a cold start-up? Lots of blowby means the engine is worn out.

The engine appears to be original. I am the third owner of this vehicle. It runs smooth and quiet. Other than the blowby, it is in really good shape.

Have you checked your PCV valve?

EDIT: Nevermind... I should learn to read posts more carefully
